We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking southern hospitality to a whole other level. The property was super clean, including the pool area. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk away from Broadway and close to everything in the downtown area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, gas stations, and even a hospital, which gave us peace of mind. Additionally, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. We especially appreciated the small touches like having a night light in the bathroom and the option to use the conference room as an overflow area for breakfast.

There were a few aspects that fell short of our expectations. we encountered some issues with cleanliness in our initial room.

For the price we paid, we got good value and a comfortable room. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants, gas stations, and a hospital. The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with a slightly moister omelette.

We had a great stay at the Quality Inn. the room layout was fantastic with a medium-sized fridge, a comfy king-size bed, and a private tub in the room. Although the jets didn't work, it was still a great addition to the room. the staff, from the friendly front desk to the super nice housekeeping staff, were always helpful and attentive. We especially enjoyed chatting with other guests outside the Inn. the location was ideal for visiting the Ark and the Creative Museum, and being right off the interstate was a plus.

As foreign tourists, we appreciated the convenient location near the Ark Encounter, with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of hot options, including eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal. The kids especially loved it.
