We had a great time staying at a motel in a convenient location off the highway. The continental breakfast served under a tree was a lovely way to start our day. The friendly owners made us feel welcome and the clean and homey atmosphere was just what we needed. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would recommend this hotel for its pleasant experience. we had a great stay and would recommend it.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the motel is owned and run by a lovely family who make you feel right at home. the beds are comfortable, and having a refrigerator in the room was convenient. the location is great, with close proximity to Ocean City and other attractions. Plus, they provide beach tags, which was a nice bonus.

Some of the furniture in the rooms was a bit worn and outdated, but it didn't bother me too much. Getting in and out of the property can be a bit tricky, as it's located right at a traffic light.
