I had a really great stay at this hotel in downtown Missoula. the location was excellent. It was right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for exploring and enjoying all that Missoula has to offer. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the rooms were beautifully furnished and designed, and I was impressed with the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

The only thing that could be improved was that the rooms weren't stocked with enough bath towels.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with interesting artwork and historic photographs. The modern amenities, comfortable rooms and smart one bedroom suite provide plenty of elbow room. The location is great, with a world of local places to visit, and the workout facilities outstanding. The breakfast is average but varied.

High cost of valet and parking should have been included in the price of the hotel.

The room at Residence Inn was the best value I've ever experienced, with great quality and size. I'll definitely book again in the future. The staff member who helped me find the outdoor patio was friendly and helpful with a smile the whole way. The service was great and the setting very comfortable.

Great location to explore the city, with restaurants and a brewery nearby. The kitchenette was a nice surprise and helpful for storing leftovers from nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was modern and tasteful. Dogs were allowed and it was a joy to see them in the common areas.

the bathroom fan was very noisy and couldn't be turned off, and the heating/cooling system was a bit obtrusive. Finally, we didn't love having to pay for parking - it felt a bit nickel-and-dimey.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Not only was it clean and beautifully furnished, but the staff were extremely helpful and the amenities were great. We also loved the location and the convenience of valet parking, just like the reviewer said!
