We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was very accommodating, even preparing breakfast early for us before a game. The hotel had a lot of amenities, including a huge backyard, trails, a zip line, a salt water pool. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfect for families. The location was great, with plenty of space to meet up with others.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The camping feel, cozy comfort, trails, zipline, fire pit.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this charming hotel. The location was perfect - secluded yet still close to everything. The room was spacious and we loved the awesome spa tub. The pool was refreshing and the temperature was just right. The 24-hour cafe near the lobby was a great convenience and the made-to-order eggs for breakfast were a delicious bonus. We also enjoyed the board games available for our entertainment.

The room was clean, jacuzzi was nice , made a last minute reservation. Staff was helpful, breakfast was good, beautiful grounds and nature trails. Enchanted Forest was a favorite. Desk clerk was nice, but no one in the morning to turn in key.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the well-maintained grounds, cozy lobby with a coffee bar, and availability of snacks. The room was spacious, had essential amenities like a fridge and microwave, and even a fold-out loveseat. The real keys to the rooms were a nice touch, just like being at home.

During my recent stay at Brook Pointe, I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the inn. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I also appreciated the beautiful grounds and well-kept pool area, even though I didn't have a chance to use it. The availability of fountain drinks was a nice touch as well.

The breakfast had a limited selection, but the staff was helpful. The location was convenient, and the first-floor room was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the jacuzzi was a relaxing bonus. it was a pleasant last-minute stay with satisfactory accommodations.

My stay at the inn was absolutely fabulous! The rooms were clean and beautifully appointed, offering excellent value for my money. The staff at the inn were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Syracuse area.
