We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was very accommodating, even preparing breakfast early for us before a game. The hotel had a lot of amenities, including a huge backyard, trails, a zip line, a salt water pool. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfect for families. The location was great, with plenty of space to meet up with others.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this charming hotel. The location was perfect - secluded yet still close to everything. The room was spacious and we loved the awesome spa tub. The pool was refreshing and the temperature was just right. The 24-hour cafe near the lobby was a great convenience and the made-to-order eggs for breakfast were a delicious bonus. We also enjoyed the board games available for our entertainment.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Syracuse. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a cozy lobby and a convenient coffee bar. The location was also great, as it was close to the event I was attending. Moreover, the hotel had ample parking and transportation options available. The breakfast offered at the hotel was decent, although it could have had a bit more variety.

The room was clean, jacuzzi was nice , made a last minute reservation. Staff was helpful, breakfast was good, beautiful grounds and nature trails. Enchanted Forest was a favorite. Desk clerk was nice, but no one in the morning to turn in key.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the well-maintained grounds, cozy lobby with a coffee bar, and availability of snacks. The room was spacious, had essential amenities like a fridge and microwave, and even a fold-out loveseat. The real keys to the rooms were a nice touch, just like being at home.

During my recent stay at Brook Pointe, I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the inn.
