The room was lekker with views of Lake Wakatipu, and we loved the comfy bed after a long day. The brekkie was proper, with great variety and tasty options. Staff were sharp-sharp, always keen to help, making us feel right at home. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Just wished the bathroom had some updates—felt a bit tired compared to the rest of the place.

Booked a king lake view room but ended up in a queen twin room with little communication about the room swap!!! The courtyard view is standard, but some fittings could use an upgrade.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is prime, just a short walk to shops and a beach. We explored the stunning ski fields and enjoyed some relaxation at local spas. Staff were helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Buses to and from the airport are super convenient, right outside the hotel. Don't miss out on the views!

The gym was quite cramped and not very inviting due to lack of space and natural light. I expected more from it when staying at this hotel.

The mountain views were breathtaking and absolutely made our stay memorable. It’s perfectly located for easy access to restaurants and tour points. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The dining options were quite good, especially breakfast.

However, the lobby could use an upgrade to match the upscale ambiance of the rest of the hotel. Also, the cleanliness of the balcony in our room was a bit overlooked.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, like better than what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber,, and the omelettes were something else. Speaking of service, the people working there were so dedicated and friendly, it honestly felt like they were part of the experience, almost like old friends.

It wasn't the least expensive option, but given the overall experience, it was totally justifiable.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge, and a fitness center. The staff returned my sim cards from my first stay, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a comfortable experience! I’m coming back for a new year.
