I loved every moment of my stay! The views of the creek were so calming, and the pools kept my kiddos entertained late into the night. Plus, waking up to a fantastic breakfast served until 11am was the cherry on top!

Room 107 had charming decor and a lovely balcony overlooking a babbling brook, making mornings delightful. The breakfast buffet was a steal at $5 with plenty of options, though it could really use some bacon. While the pools were well-kept and the staff friendly, we faced some cleanliness issues—especially with the shower, which needed attention. The bed's comfort varied, and the walls felt a bit thin, impacting our sleep. Still, the friendly employees and upgrade for my birthday were lovely touches that made us still consider returning.

The hotel offers stunning creek views with private balconies, making it a great spot for relaxation while easily reaching all the nearby attractions like Ripley's Aquarium which is around a 15-minute walk and the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park that's just about 20 minutes away on foot; plus the staff is super friendly and helpful, with comfortable rooms featuring fireplaces and modern amenities, but a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the common areas and rooms would enhance the experience.

The staff deserves commendation. Wilma, the cleaning lady, was attentive and delightful. The front desk team was friendly and helpful. the room was disappointing. Gnats were pervasive—at alarming levels. We couldn’t overlook them after a long day. Amenities require attention. The air conditioning unit was noisy, and the pool was disturbingly cold. Our daughter got injured on the slide; safety must be prioritized. The decor is dated; brighter lighting would enhance the atmosphere. This stay had potential, but cleanliness and maintenance need urgent review. The location is lovely, but first impressions matter, and we deserved better.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to the attractions on the strip, with lovely balconies overlooking the stream. The pool area was nice with a hot tub and waterfall, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our rooms didn't match the online photos. The cleanliness was subpar with dust and sticky residue found in the room.

The location is perfect, close to downtown yet quiet. Our room was super comfy with air conditioning, a balcony, fireplace, and mini fridge. Breakfast was just $5 and had a great selection. There’s a nice pool area, fire pit, and friendly staff. Trolley stop right outside makes it easy to get around.

The kids had a blast at the pool with slides and multiple fun areas to jump around. Breakfast was filling and hot every morning, kept us energized for the day.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but the experience made it worthwhile.

The staff was friendly but hard to reach for check-out. Breakfast time was too late for early travelers. Some improvements are necessary.
