The resort offered a wide range of activities like water aerobics, sand volleyball, and live music, providing endless entertainment options. We also loved hiding out in the tranquil spa, where we indulged in rejuvenating treatments. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our every need was met. it was a perfect escape for us as a couple.

I recently stayed at Secrets Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa for a second time and it was fantastic. We opted for the preferred tower and enjoyed the faster check-in and dedicated lounge. The butler service provided by Carlos Miranda and Jose Becera was excellent and they were always attentive to our needs. The entertainment in the lobby bar, including live music from local bands, was a unique and enjoyable feature. The food quality at all the restaurants was excellent and there were plenty of fresh options at the buffet. The adult swim-up bar was a great spot to relax, away from the kids. the staff were friendly, the views were beautiful, and the amenities were top-notch.

The discounted price was a great deal. Beautiful beach scenery with beachside massages and romantic dinners available. The spa's Hydrotherapy Circuit was enjoyable, but only if you love water. The staff is hardworking and deserves tips. Swim-up master suite was spacious with great service. The adult-only option is fantastic for a VIP experience. Great activities and excellent food. Upgraded suite with ocean view and private pool was fabulous with top-notch service. Lourdes, the housekeeper, made us feel at home. A reputable all-inclusive brand in a convenient location for exploring. Free room upgrade with plunge pool and ocean view. Delicious food and helpful staff made for a wonderful honeymoon experience.

Fourth stay, previously great experiences. However, this time, customer service was poor. Issues with birthday banner, room allocation, and restaurant service. Be cautious with excursions.

This was my second stay at Secrets and it was even better than the first! We opted for 3 rooms in the preferred tower and enjoyed the additional amenities. the check-in process was a breeze and we were able to skip the timeshare hassle. the dedicated lounge with a small buffet was so convenient, right on the walkway to the elevator. Our butler, Carlos Miranda, and his partner Jose Becera provided excellent service. Carlos was always checking in to make sure everything was going well. the entertainment every night in the lobby bar was engaging and I loved that the hotel showcased local bands. the food quality at all the restaurants was excellent and the bartenders were more than happy to make any drink I requested. the adult swim-up bar was a pleasant oasis away from the kids. There were also plenty of fun activities throughout the day to keep us entertained.

The Secrets in Puerto Vallarta was an excellent choice for our stay. The preferred tower amenities were convenient, with a dedicated lounge and faster check-in. The butler service provided by Carlos and Jose was outstanding, ensuring our needs were met. The nightly entertainment and local band showcases added a unique touch. The variety and quality of food at the restaurants were exceptional, and the bartenders served top-shelf liquor. The fun activities throughout the day kept us entertained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at Secrets for our honeymoon and had an incredible experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the daily itinerary was a great way to stay informed. The Eternity Honeymoon package was an amazing surprise, and the food and service at the buffet and Bordeaux Restaurant were top-notch. The pool servers were attentive and the property was beautiful, well-maintained, and close to everything. We loved how clean everything was and how accommodating the staff was to our requests.

The hotel offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival and a daily breakfast buffet was included in the room rate. the location was excellent, with beautiful views of the ocean. the resort had a great pool and beach area with plenty of lounge chairs available.

Some of the staff were not very friendly or accommodating. the room was not as clean as it could have been, with some visible dirt and dust.

The staff were super courteous and willing to help with anything we needed. The pool area was fantastic, with lots of activities to keep us entertained throughout the day. The food at the restaurants was top-notch, and the cleanliness of the resort was impressive, with staff constantly wiping things down. The spa treatments were incredible, from the facial to the hydrotherapy, and definitely worth the slightly higher price. All in all, the amenities and customer service at this resort were absolutely amazing, making for a truly enjoyable vacation experience.
