We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was very convenient to the center, making it easy for us to attend the conference's main social event. The beautiful surroundings of this place were a great surprise, and we loved exploring the South Congress, Riverwalk area, and the eastside restaurant district/Rainey Street. The service here was top-notch, with helpful and attentive staff. They were super respectful of the property and were always present on the conference session floors to provide direction and answer any questions. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The terrace had lovely garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a welcome drink or happy hour. We also appreciated the fast and efficient room service, as well as the convenient options for dry cleaning and shopping. our experience at this hotel was fantastic!

The hotel is centrally located to downtown attractions and right near the river, which has a wonderful path for a nice walk or run. The rooms with a king sized bed offer a great view through floor to ceiling windows across the city to the airport in the distance.

Even though a male manager missed greeting us, a bellman took the opportunity to welcome us with a friendly smile. The spa experience was luxurious, and Allison, who I corresponded with beforehand, ensured that we felt well taken care of. The bed was comfortable, and the shower head was amazing. the level of service exceeded our expectations.

I stayed here recently and I must say that I had a great experience! The hotel is situated in a fantastic area for exploring. I loved the river walk nearby which was perfect for a run or a leisurely stroll. It's also very close to all the main downtown attractions as well. The staff were second to none here. From the moment I arrived they were there to assist with any request I had. The housekeeping, maintenance, and management were all incredibly helpful. Additionally, the rooms were well equipped with everything I needed and more! The pool and spa centre were also great amenities. I highly recommend staying here.
