Exceptional Stay with Top-Notch Service

I was blown away by the warm hospitality and professionalism at the Cambria Hotel. From the immaculate room to the cozy lobby with a lovely bar, every moment was delightful. Plus, the incredible city view from our room made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing and the extended brunch hours were a delightful surprise.

The room was well-appointed and had a comfortable bed, which made for a restful night after the concert. Temperature control worked perfectly, keeping the space cozy. Unfortunately, noise from the hallway was noticeable, especially early in the morning. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 AM, startling us. While the staff was wonderful, with friendly service at the front desk and bar, multiple issues arose. The coffee machine had mold, and the ice machine on our floor was broken. The single working elevator was quite slow, given the busy weekend, adding to the inconvenience.

The room was sleek, the shower refreshing, and the view stunning. Receptionists were friendly and genuinely helpful. I enjoyed the restaurant's food each morning, especially the delightful service from a charming Hispanic male server. He brightened our mornings. there were significant issues. Cleaning was neglected; towels weren’t changed, and the billing process was chaotic—double charged without resolution for weeks. Only one out of five elevators worked, posing a fire hazard. Hot water was inconsistent, and housekeeping’s early knocks felt intrusive. While staff and local amenities shone, these operational flaws can't be overlooked. Fixing these problems is essential for a smoother stay.

The staff were super friendly and quick to help us with everything we needed. The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit and very close to great eateries.

Location is fantastic with nearby restaurants and a great bar. Happy hour is a nice touch at the hotel bar. Elevators were frustrating; only one worked, leading to long waits.

I loved that we were just a few steps from Minute Maid Park, with easy walks to Christ Church Cathedral and Sam Houston Park, making it easy to soak in the city's vibe, and after seeing the amazing staff and spacious, clean room, I felt right at home, but the elevators could use some additional service to improve wait times.

Great location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The valet service was quick, and my room felt spacious and clean, complete with a fantastic bluetooth mirror. The manager was attentive, ensuring my comfort. the elevators were slow, causing some inconvenience. I had issues with the cleanliness, leading to bites for my daughter, which left us feeling uneasy. I also struggled to get extra towels. Despite some hiccups, the overall vibe was welcoming, and I'd consider returning as long as I keep the extra costs in mind.

I can’t believe how frustrating the elevator situation was! Only two out of five worked, and we often waited over eight minutes just to get down from our floor.

LOVED the excellent, modern room & friendly staff. Breakfast closed early on Xmas; a small downside. Would choose it again. The leisure room looked better in photos. Can't wait to catch up and tell you all about it!
