Convenient Location: The hotel was situated in a prime location, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Cleanliness: The hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Inadequate Service: The hotel lacked in certain areas such as room service, laundry, and turn down service, which was quite disappointing considering the price paid for the stay. Issues with Cleanliness: On one occasion, the sheets in my room had stains on them, which required a request for a change. It was not the first time I experienced cleanliness issues at this hotel, and it made me question the overall cleanliness standards.

My family and I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel in downtown Houston for a weekend getaway. The hotel staff from the valet attendants to the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and wheelchair. The lobby was beautifully designed with a cozy bar and fireplace. Our room had a stunning city view, was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. We had such a fantastic stay that we're already planning our next visit.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The valet service was efficient and the front desk personnel were friendly and professional. The restaurant/bar staff were attentive and the food and drinks were delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great TV. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center and close to the Convention Centre. I was able to walk to numerous restaurants, bars, and even Minute Maid Park. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and helpful staff at this hotel.

Not one thing.

The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds and spacious walk-in shower made for a pleasant stay. I even had the convenience of early check-in and late check-out. The friendly staff went above and beyond, even calling me to let me know they found my lost credit card. The location was perfect, with easy access to Main Street bars, restaurants, and Minute Maid stadium. The loaded fries were delicious, and the front desk promptly delivered tea and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning for another trip.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the pillows being a bit too soft and the barn door bathroom lacking privacy due to a gap in the door. Additionally, the parking app for street parking had limitations in adding time and scheduling payments, resulting in tickets for many guests. The nearest parking garage was also a bit far from the hotel.

I had a great stay at Cambria Hotel. The room was comfortable with a nice view of downtown from the 10th floor. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and I felt safe in the area. Easy access and parking made my visit from out of town convenient.

The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in the city center and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Convention Centre and all the major attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed, with a touch of art deco decor that added a touch of elegance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with great tips on places to eat nearby and giving clear directions. The bathroom was great, and the bed was the best I've ever slept on. It was so comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. I can't wait to stay here again.

Although the hotel had no parking lot, there was valet parking available for a fee. The area around the hotel had a few homeless people, but they didn't bother me at all.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the Convention Centre. It made it very convenient for me to visit all the places I wanted to see in Downtown.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the bustling city center, with easy access to the convention center and other popular attractions. The rooms are modern and luxurious, with comfortable beds and Bluetooth mirrors. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing toothpaste and other amenities upon request. The lobby is comfortable and relaxing, with a snack area beside the front desk and a unique and interesting eating area displaying excellent food variety.

The elevator system could use improvement, with long wait times and broken elevators reported by some guests.

Our Easter stay here was memorable. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the spacious bathrooms. The hotel’s location was perfect, within walking distance to a variety of bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots. Our room had a beautiful view of the city which we enjoyed during our entire stay.

Additionally, check-in was chaotic and frustrating when we were given the wrong room and some were already occupied. Finally, the key cards kept failing, making our stay slightly uncomfortable.
