Cambria Hotel Louisville Downtown, Whiskey Row is clean, with friendly staff. Great location for dining and walking. Proximity to events and easy check, in. Comfortable rooms, top, notch pillows, and lovely decor. Ice stayed frozen overnight. Fantastic bar area and bartender.

Inconsistent food quality. Veggie wrap and French toast were good, but veggie burger and omelette were greasy and overdone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the location in the heart of downtown was perfect, with great proximity to events and restaurants. Additionally, the onsite facilities, including the restaurant, cafe, and bar, were superb. Cons: There was nothing I didn't appreciate during my stay.

At my cozy spot, they helped with bug spray once. Free Wi-Fi, storage, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, gym. Perfect for my business trip, I keep coming back.

Attended a concert at KFC Yum! Center and walked to restaurants. Comfortable room, great bath/shower, top-notch pillows. Ice bucket kept ice overnight! Beautiful decor, fantastic bar area, and bartender Juan was excellent. Southern hospitality was refreshing. Hotel restaurant served tasty breakfast. Short walk to Whiskey Row. Easy check-in, helpful staff, and delicious coffee smells. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk or Uber ride to downtown attractions and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. I really appreciated their assistance throughout my stay. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and the room itself was clean and well-maintained. I also loved the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom, which allowed me to listen to music while getting ready. I had a great experience at Cambria Hotel Louisville Downtown-Whiskey Row and would definitely recommend it for future visits.

One small drawback was the confusion regarding parking. The website was not clear about the parking options, and upon arrival, I had to initiate conversation with the valet attendant to find out where to park.

The rooms were spacious and well, equipped, especially the luxurious bathroom with top, notch facilities. the hotel's location was convenient, allowing for a short walk to the vibrant NuLu neighborhood. Additionally, the cozy bar and coffee shop on, site were a nice touch for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The dining experiences at the on, site restaurants were disappointing. Service was extremely slow and disorganized, with long wait times for drinks and food.

During my Christmas stay, what stood out in this hotel were the comfortable beds and the well-lit rooms that had plenty of power outlets for all types of cables. Another key aspect was the hotel's great location that made it easy for us to walk to nearby attractions. One more advantage I really enjoyed was the spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom that made for a relaxing bathing experience.

One area the hotel could improve on is coordination between the kitchen and bar when an unexpected event like a leak occurs and dinner has to be served in a different location. the hotel staff could have been a bit more helpful when my friend lost her phone in an Uber and it was mailed to the wrong address.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown. The staff is helpful and the check-in process is easy. The hotel bar has delicious drinks and you can charge them to your room. The lobby has items available for purchase. The King bed layout is great with a desk and fridge space. The shower and bathroom are spacious. There are little hooks on the mirror. Parking is free. The hotel is well thought out with plenty of power outlets and a big desk space. The bed is comfortable and the walk-in shower is impressive.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints.
