Spectacular views of Christmas lights, Convenient access to the water, Proximity to restaurants and shops

The hotel really needs a renovation!!! The rooms were cramped and the mattresses left a lot to be desired. Having to cross the street just for breakfast was downright inconvenient!!! The TV didn’t allow for streaming, which felt archaic!!!

the housekeeping services were a total letdown, especially with towels missing. the mattress was so uncomfortable, i thought about leaving early. I expected an upgrade for all these inconveniences, but clearly that would've been too much. oh, and don't get me started on the ice situation—what a hassle that was!

The location was fantastic, with easy access to downtown shops and attractions. The staff was polite and accommodating. I enjoyed my room, which was clean and comfortable for my stay. Valet service was quick and efficient. Several nearby restaurants made dining convenient. 😊

The location was great for restaurants and shopping. It felt very safe, allowing my daughter to explore. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. We had tons of room in the two-bedroom condo. We will definitely return for future stays. 😊

My stay was fantastic! I loved the Deluxe Queen Room with a fountain view – it felt perfect. The staff was exceptionally friendly, ensuring we felt welcomed. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the washing machine area. This place has a tranquil ambiance, even with its prime location amidst shopping and restaurants. Can't wait to return!

The room had an incredible view of the fountains and the shower was way roomier than mine at home! Plus, the beds were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud, ja! Loved that I could just chill on the balcony with a drink and watch the world go by.

Just a warning, the parking situation was a bit of a schlep, had to trek a bit with my bags, but nothing too crazy.
