Billing issues are common!!! Management can be unresponsive when problems arise!!! Poor housekeeping can be frustrating!!! Noise levels from events nearby can disrupt your peace!!! Low water pressure in showers detracts from the luxury experience!!!

this hotel could've been great, but alas, loud music in the lobby ruined my ability to converse on the phone. to add insult to injury, I expected a complimentary breakfast but had to endure a ridiculous $800 billing error. I woudl ve been satisfied if they had just upgraded my room, but no such luck. disappointing!

I stayed for a business trip and really appreciated the spacious and clean room that provided a comfortable environment after long days. The social hour was a delightful surprise, offering a great way to unwind and mingle with other guests. The location was ideal for visiting local attractions, with the WWII Museum just a short walk away, making it convenient for a bit of sightseeing during my free time.

From the moment I arrived, the lovely atmosphere and warm welcomes made such an impression! I loved the spacious room with comfy furnishings and awesome amenities like the refreshing eucalyptus cloths.

Sadly, during my stay, I faced billing issues with minibar charges that felt unjust. Also, the noise from nearby events affected my peace, making it hard to fully enjoy the stay.

Loved the location, heaps quiet but still got that New Orleans vibe! The crawfish beignets at KING were sweet as, but found the breakfast options lacking. Still a great stay!

The hotel has comfy beds, nice little wine hours, and a great rooftop view. One highlight was the personalized recommendations we got, making our stay even better!

Loved the free happy hour with complimentary wine (definitely a win! ), and the location was spot on for exploring New Orleans, super close to the French Quarter and the WWII museum. The staff were friendly and really made us feel welcome!

Amazing vibes and spacey suites!

The suite was super spacious and stylish, with a cool soaking tub. Loved the vibe of the Peacock Room for drinks! Front desk staff were super chill, but, man, the restaurant service was hit or miss. A bit frustrating at times, but the location made up for it all!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the city's Jazz Fest! The hotel was super convenient to walk to all the fun, and the themed activities kept my kids engaged. Plus, I loved the free happy hour and the welcoming staff who made everything easy.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options on-site.
