The room was cleaned efficiently, the breakfast was personalized and delicious, and the dinner met the expectations of a five-star establishment. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel was superb, especially during sunrise and sunset. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable. The hotel facilities, especially the infinity sauna pool, were amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff catered to every need. The location was convenient, only about 75 minutes by taxi from the airport. Parking was also available.

The jacuzzi and pool are unique with awesome massage jets. The sauna is great, but had some water on the floor. The in-room dinner was delicious and room service was nice. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The view from the lake view room was breathtaking and breakfast was catered to by the staff.

The location of this hotel is simply breathtaking. We had access to exclusive amenities, such as a Spa & wellness centre, a steam room, and a sauna.

We encountered a minor issue with the service, as we had to wait a bit longer than expected for our in-room breakfast. the breakfast itself was top-notch, with a wide variety of options, including special diet menus, served either in the restaurant or in a picnic area/table.

The staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The view from the infinity pool and the spa facilities were breathtaking. Our room was luxurious and well-appointed. The breakfast was delicious and the al a carte options were perfect. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the efficient room cleaning to the small touches like providing a prayer kit.

The drive up to the hotel was breathtaking, surrounded by picturesque countryside and the view of Lake Lucerne and the Swiss Alps from the hotel was absolutely heavenly. The staff at reception were so welcoming and took care of everything, from parking our car to delivering our bags to our cozy room with a terrace overlooking the lake. The full-service experience continued with excellent room service and a delightful and refreshing breakfast served until 2pm. The spa was small but perfect, and the express facial I had was exactly what I needed to rejuvenate after weeks of traveling. The massage during the facial was top-notch, and the infinity edge heated pool was world-class. I never wanted to leave this hotel and have already decided to make it a regular stop on our future Europe vacations. I highly recommend Villa Honegg for an unforgettable stay.
