The room at Cambria Hotel Chicago Loop/Theatre District was super comfy and had a huge flat-screen TV. I loved the plush seating and the spacious work desk. I felt like I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

I wished the refrigerator in the room was a bit bigger.

First stay, staff helped with places to go. Perfect fit for me. Has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, fitness center, and more. I always return for business. No smoking, air conditioning, wheelchair access, and flat-screen TV.

I absolutely loved the views from the Cambria Hotel Chicago Loop-Theatre District. The reflection of the big Oriental Theatre neon marquee on the glass created a whimsical and magical ambience. It was truly a unique and delightful experience. the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, providing thoughtful and personalized service that made me feel truly valued as a guest.

It would have been more convenient if there was a drop-off area in front of the entrance, as parking in the city can be a bit tricky.

Upon requesting some missing amenities at 8:30 am, the front desk could have been more prompt in ensuring everything was in place.

Best aspects of my stay were the excellent location and friendly staff. The hotel was conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. It was also within walking distance to popular attractions like Millenneum Park and Willis Tower. Another advantage was the comfortable mattress in the room, which provided a great night's sleep.

Worst aspects of my stay were the lack of cleaning and restocking unless specifically requested. The room was not properly cleaned and items like towels, toilet paper, and shampoo were not always restocked daily.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my stay in the heart of the Theatre District. I was within walking distance of all the events I wanted to attend and had easy access to everything in the downtown area. This hotel is a great choice for party people, with its central downtown location next to the Oriental Theatre. The nearby Washington Blue Line stop makes it easy to travel from O'Hare. You'll also find a variety of fantastic restaurants and theaters just steps away. Additionally, the convenience of a Divvy bike share across the street adds to the fun. Surprisingly, despite being downtown, the noise level is low. The lobby on the 9th floor offers a nice selection of breakfast and snack items.

Felt good, nothing too much trouble.

We definitely got great value for our money at the Cambria Hotel! The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom that was perfect for my husband who uses a walker. The location was spot-on, allowing us to easily explore downtown and its attractions. The staff treated us like VIPs, going out of their way to assist my husband and holding doors for us throughout our stay.

My family and I recently stayed at Cambria Hotel for a weekend getaway. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Eddie at the bar was friendly and attentive, and we loved the great value of Happy Hour. The top floor room was spacious and modern, with high ceilings and a beautiful church-like window. The central location allowed us to walk everywhere, and the helpful security staff, especially James, made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely recommend Cambria to family and friends!
