The staff was welcoming and accommodating, making us feel like family. Bobby from the front desk was particularly helpful. The breakfast included a good variety of food and the swimming pool was heated and enjoyable. The location was great, being close to a mall and within a short drive to Walmart and Publix.

I had an amazing experience at the Residence Inn in Orlando. The Sales Coordinator, Mikalla Tillman, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She upgraded us to a 3 bedroom suite at a 4-star resort with breakfast included. Marriott truly takes care of their customers.

Great location and amazing staff, with a functioning pool and arcade! Breakfast buffet had a great variety. The spacious and clean rooms, equipped with a full-size kitchen, were perfect for our family. Comfortable beds and close proximity to theme parks. Many food options nearby with outlet malls just 5 minutes away. Loved and appreciated the breakfast facility while waiting for family. This is now our home away from home!
