i was truly shocked when my key cards deactivated four times, such a hassle! Also, i couldn't believe the filthy sheets. how hard is it to change them? i thought a hotel of this caliber would offer at least some reparation for these issues, but no, they obviously prioritize the cheapness over guest comfort. it was a real letdown.

Great indoor pool experience for relaxation.

I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping during my stay. it went five days without any service. I had to constantly request more towels and coffee pods myself, which made me feel neglected as a guest. Additionally, despite voicing my concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance issues in the bathroom, the staff did not seem to take my feedback seriously, further impacting my satisfaction.

The room layout created a separate living area with a couch and a second TV. The bathroom featured a convenient LED lighted mirror. Overall, the accommodations were spacious and clean. The location is convenient for both shopping and the airport. Free parking was readily available.

I stayed one night at Springhill Suites where the staff, especially Brittany at the front desk, provided outstanding service. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired with stains on the sheets, and the shuttle service did not accommodate wheelchair needs. Perfect for short stays, especially for those needing airport access.

The staff were so friendly! Big ups to Teresa who made sure we had a room for our 93-year-old. Clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The brekkie was just what we needed to kickstart the day!

Had a stellar experience savoring the pan roasted beef tenderloin at a local eatery close to the hotel. Room 222 was an oasis of calm, featuring a plush bed and a gorgeous mirror for my skincare routine. The staff's welcoming attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.

Just a cheeky heads-up, the housekeeping was a bit MIA, no service for 5 whole days!

I gotta say, the bed felt like a cloud! Seriously, had the best sleep ever. Everyone at the front desk was really friendly and made things super easy. Loved the lounge bar area too, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the WiFi could’ve been faster, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all.

I had a fantastic 10-night stay! The room was spotless, loved having a separate area with a couch and a second TV, but I wished for a full-size mirror. The breakfast was great, just right to kickstart my day!

Loved the flat-screen TV and the welcome drink. Wi-Fi was a bit slow.
