I loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything. The staff were so accommodating, especially Keila at the front desk. The room had everything I needed, such as tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. The indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends, it was that good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The corner King room was perfect, with an amazing view of the nearby stadium and Lake Erie. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The location was unbeatable, with everything within walking distance. I parked my car and didn't need it for the entire stay. It was especially convenient for visiting the Rock n Roll HOF, which was less than a 20-minute walk away. The staff, especially Karen at the front desk, were extremely helpful, even accommodating our late arrival due to bad weather.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the stadiums and fantastic pubs nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the restaurant served delicious food. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a barber shop and snack shop right on site. And the view from our room of the lake and football stadium was absolutely priceless. We will definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, Science Center, sports games, and great restaurants. Excellent staff, especially the friendly and helpful bell hops. Awesome view! a fantastic hotel for a memorable vacation.

The front desk staff were very helpful, with great restaurant recommendations and driving tips. The view from our room was lovely and the location was excellent. The hotel was close and convenient to walk to the Quicken Loans arena and other attractions. Parking was easy and convenient with an underground lot.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The valet service was a pleasant surprise, as they offered to park our van for free on the street since the hotel's parking clearance was too low. The reception even gave us complimentary WiFi for our room. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, and First Energy Stadium. The convenience of valet parking made exploring the city a breeze. The onsite restaurant was a great option, offering room delivery if we didn't feel like going out. the staff, facilities, and cleanliness made it one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

The hotel is excellently located near many attractions, just a few blocks away from the noisy areas of the downtown, and a short ride from the airport. The Pantry shop is a plus for snacks and quick bites. The comfortable and spacious rooms are accompanied by a clean and separate bathroom. The friendly staff offer attentive service. M Lounge is another renovate facility with a delicious breakfast spread to remind guests of home.

The hotel may not offer an inexpensive stay for those guests who are budget conscious.

We stayed at a lovely hotel for a show at the Quicken Loans arena. The front desk staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. The view from our room was amazing and the parking was convenient. The underground lot had elevators that brought us right up to the hotel. The location was excellent, within walking distance to many venues and restaurants. Room service surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and an apology note.
