Rosa and Mike were so friendly and helped us a ton with local tips. Our room was huge, and we absolutely loved the unique breakfast options. The garden area looked perfect for chilling, though we didn't get to use it much. Just wish the parking spots were a bit more accessible.

Great location. right across from the streetcar to the French Quarter. Breakfasts were exceptional. three courses of deliciousness every morning! Staff were super friendly and helpful, really made us feel at home!

The Wi-Fi connectivity is abysmal!!! I had to trek to common areas just to get a signal. There was also a distinct lack of clear communication regarding parking!!! Delays in assistance and minor maintenance issues really detracted from the experience.

Take advantage of the complimentary snacks and beverages available throughout the day for a quick pick-me-up between meals or after exploring the city.

It was just an ideal choice for a couple of nights in New Orleans with good value considering price it charged. The trolley stop right out front made getting around super easy, and I loved the friendly chat with the staff about local dining spots. Check the breakfast times, they fill up quickly!

I had an awesome time with friends at this charming place! We took the streetcar to the French Quarter and also hit up City Park, which was such a relaxing spot. Breakfast was spot-on with fresh eggs and coffee. The garden area was perfect for chilling after a day of exploring. I definitely recommend checking out the local restaurants nearby for dinner!

One night, the AC unit was a bit noisy, which made it hard for us to sleep at times. Just a heads up for future guests!

We had an amazing stay at Canal Street Inn from 2023-09-15 to 2023-09-18. Our suite was much larger than expected, almost like having our own apartment! The trolley stop right in front made it easy to get to downtown, and the breakfasts were delicious yet perfectly portioned, giving us room to enjoy more cajun food later. The lovely garden and the comfortable bed made for a truly relaxing experience. We would love to return!

Had a boss time, la! The streetcar was a dead sound way to get 'round New Orleans, and the breakfasts were mint—lovely variety every day. Only thing was, floors creaked a bit, so had to be careful. Overall, proper lush stay!
