Full kitchen made meal prep a breeze.

I faced significant inconvenience when my requested handicap room was not available upon arrival, forcing me to stay in an unsuitable room for a night. The kitchenette was not clean, with a filthy skillet and dirty shelves that had not seen a dust cloth in ages. Although the staff were nice, they failed to follow through on promises regarding my billing issues after check-out, which left a sour taste in my mouth.

There were burn marks on the carpet and stains on the walls and chair!!! No laundry basket in the room, and the dog walkability was very limited!!! The front desk was not consistently helpful and cleaning supplies were inadequate!!!

Ah sure, the staff were lovely and so helpful, made me feel at home, like I was having a grand chat with me mates! But I was missin' that breakfast option, it would’ve been a nice touch. Room was clean with a good kitchenette. Overall, decent stay!

candlewood was a great choice! the staff were super helpful, making our stay really pleasant. the room was clean and had a full kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. it was also conveniently located down the road from a walmart, perfect for grabbing supplies. definitely a cozy spot to relax!

a tiny broom for longer stays would be handy.

Wicked nice spot! The room was spacious and had everything I needed to cook up my own meals, which felt like home. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. The only thing was, I wished they cleaned more often—had to watch the trash myself. Still, way better than expected!

During my stay, I was impressed by how close the hotel is to Apex Community Park, which is perfect for a scenic weekend stroll, and also loved being just a short walk from some great local dining options like Dallas Famous Chicken and Yamato. plus, the spacious and clean rooms made for a comfortable base after my explorations around the area.

The location was perfect for family visits. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, making it easy to cook meals instead of constantly eating out. Staff members were friendly, and the pet-friendly policy was a big plus, though the $75 pet fee felt a bit steep. One downside was the weak water pressure in the shower, which was frustrating. Also, having to take out trash to the dumpster was inconvenient, and the limited housekeeping made it challenging to keep everything tidy during my stay.

The room was clean and had a nice kitchenette with all the necessary utensils. I liked how I could cook instead of eating out all the time, it made me feel more at home during my work trip.

The 2 double beds in the studio suite were super comfortable, and I loved the kitchenette. It had everything I needed to whip up meals, which made my stay more enjoyable. Staff was awesome too! One downside was that they only clean the rooms weekly, so if you're there for a while, keep that in mind.
