Late check-out provided for Cave of Winds visit. Staff lovely, beautiful place. Gym and pool closed, cleaning every 3 days. Friendly desk person, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, quick hot water, free parking. Well-equipped kitchenette, big closet.

We recently stayed at Candlewood and had a wonderful experience. the large room design provided a spacious and comfortable environment, with a very comfy mattress and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. the heating/cooling system worked perfectly, keeping us at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. the well-equipped kitchenette was a bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. the large bath was a luxurious touch, and the quiet surroundings made for a peaceful stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring dining and shopping options nearby.

I may never use another hotel chain ever again. Candlewood is a friendly pet-friendly chain that WELCOMED pets. Greatly equipped kitchen, spacious main living area, and nice linens. Very clean and quiet location. Very polite staff. $25 for each pet but knowing that they are safe is priceless. They also gave us a magnet to put on the door so employees know to stay quiet while passing. Staff that we saw were all lovely and the place was beautiful on its own. The Candlewood provides free laundry facilities for its guests. the hotel provides a very friendly atmosphere with these extra touches. We will stay here again.

It was great that the window opened for fresh air. The friendly staff, clean hallways, and available parking were also appreciated. And, a major bonus was the free laundry facilities and the convenience store with an honor system for payment. the hotel had a friendly atmosphere and provided extra touches that made our stay enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at Candlewood. the staff were friendly, the room was clean with a comfortable bed, and the shower had great pressure and quick hot water. the kitchenette was well-equipped, and the full-size fridge was convenient. I also appreciated the free ample parking and the big closet in the room. One of the best parts was that Candlewood truly welcomed pets. They charged a reasonable fee per pet and even sent a note to our fur babies to make them feel at home. the staff also provided a magnet to put on the door to ensure a quiet environment for the dogs. It was a pet-friendly experience unlike any other hotel chain.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we all slept soundly each night. The staff were friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect, with malls, restaurants, and a movie theater nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was very clean and well-organized. The staff, especially Meghan, were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The location was perfect, with shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. We were able to easily access the waterfront and downtown Buffalo. The hotel also offered convenient parking and was easily accessible from the freeway.
