The hotel had a great location, close to all the attractions and amenities of the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. it was a positive experience and I would stay here again.

One minor issue was the shower head, which lacked the power and volume that I prefer. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring rooms could be a bit disruptive at times.

During our stay at Sonesta Simply Suites, we were pleasantly surprised by the equipped kitchen in our studio. It was incredibly helpful for us to have the option to cook our own meals. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with a new studio when we had an issue with the first one. We also appreciated the free laundry service and the excitement it brought to our kids knowing there was a "pet" alligator in the back. our experience exceeded our expectations.
