I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The staff members were friendly, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The bed was comfortable and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The complimentary bottled water in reception was much appreciated. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Enjoyed our stay during graduation weekend. Convenient and walkable to everything Boston offers, but a quiet location just off Copley Square. Very nice hotel with comfortable, clean and well-appointed rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Daily Wine Down was a nice treat. Logan Airport Shuttle stop just a block away at the Copley T stop on Boylston makes travel convenient. Grocery store next door, Duck Tours nearby, and lots of restaurants and shops within close proximity.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in the Back Bay area of Boston. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of beautiful parks, great restaurants, and shopping areas. I loved how convenient it was to be able to walk to so many attractions. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was cozy and the bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated the modern amenities, like the clean and new bathroom. this place had everything I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked certain amenities like a fridge or coffee maker. The temperature control was a bit unreliable, causing the room to become uncomfortably hot.

This place is in a great location, right in the heart of a beautiful area with easy access to many tourist attractions and shopping centers. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need. I also really appreciated the room amenities like the ironing facilities and the air conditioning which made my stay here extra comfortable.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the Back Bay station and across the street from Copley Place and Prudential shopping. The abundance of restaurants and the opportunity to stroll down Newbury Street were delightful. The free coffee in the morning and free wine during afternoon happy hour were a nice touch. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a fridge. The free wifi worked perfectly, and the guest kitchen with free coffee and microwaves was a bonus. a great hotel with a fantastic location and comfortable amenities.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to downtown and close to the metro and Amtrak stations. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining and nightlife.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. Firstly, the TV in our room was not working when we arrived, although it was eventually fixed. Additionally, the bathroom was quite small and the taps seemed old. Lastly, we had trouble controlling the air conditioning as it only allowed for temperature adjustments, which led to noisy fan operation. Some of the staff members were also not as helpful or friendly as we would have liked.
