We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel and were greeted with complimentary wine. The staff upgraded our room from a queen to a king, which was a nice touch. The amenities and room were top-notch, and we had a comfortable sleep. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The staff members were friendly, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. Enjoyed our stay during graduation weekend. Convenient and walkable to everything Boston offers, but a quiet location just off Copley Square. Very nice hotel with comfortable, clean and well-appointed rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Daily Wine Down was a nice treat. Logan Airport Shuttle stop just a block away at the Copley T stop on Boylston makes travel convenient. Grocery store next door, Duck Tours nearby, and lots of restaurants and shops within close proximity.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in the Back Bay area of Boston. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of beautiful parks, great restaurants, and shopping areas. I loved how convenient it was to be able to walk to so many attractions. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was cozy and the bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated the modern amenities, like the clean and new bathroom. this place had everything I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great location, being centrally located and close to key attractions. the complimentary wine in the evening was a nice touch. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked certain amenities like a fridge or coffee maker. the temperature control was a bit unreliable, causing the room to become uncomfortably hot.

This place is in a great location, right in the heart of a beautiful area with easy access to many tourist attractions and shopping centers. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need. I also really appreciated the room amenities like the ironing facilities and the air conditioning which made my stay here extra comfortable.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the Back Bay station and across the street from Copley Place and Prudential shopping. The abundance of restaurants and the opportunity to stroll down Newbury Street were delightful. The free coffee in the morning and free wine during afternoon happy hour were a nice touch. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a fridge. The free wifi worked perfectly, and the guest kitchen with free coffee and microwaves was a bonus. a great hotel with a fantastic location and comfortable amenities.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right near Newbury Street with plenty of restaurants and shops. They also offered free Internet and a variety of newspapers, including the Sunday NY Times.
