The front desk clerk was amazing and promptly switched our room when we requested more counter space. The hotel offers free laundry facilities and a workout room. Good location close to downtown with places to eat within walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent customer service.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly found a room that met my family member's needs for a disabled room and recliner. The customer service was excellent and better than some top resorts I've stayed at. The hotel's location was also great for downtown, with a supermarket, sandwich place, pizza, and burrito shop nearby.

I recently stayed at Candlewood in LaCrosse and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff went above and beyond to pre-check us in and accommodate our early arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Candlewood for future stays. a great hotel.

Our stay at Candlewood was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to downtown but without all the congestion. Plus, there were plenty of dining options within walking distance.
