There was nothing I didn't like.

During my stay at Candlewood, I had a cozy and comfortable experience. The location was excellent, making it easy to access The Big E and i-91. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long journey. I also appreciated the convenience of having a small kitchenette, allowing me to travel with my show dog and prepare meals easily.

Excellent location with close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Private parking lot monitored at night. Coffee available 24/7. Clean rooms. Friendly and efficient staff.

The room was wonderful with a bedroom, bathroom, and open kitchen/living room. The full kitchen with a stove allowed me to cook an amazing meal. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and the air conditioner kept the room cold. Also, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were great, as we were the only guests using them.

My recent stay at Candlewood Suites in West Springfield was fantastic. I was in town for a weekend getaway, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable and well-lit, with plenty of electric plugs for all my devices. The shower was great, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The front desk staff was very responsive when I asked for extra linens, and the property was quiet and peaceful. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of amenities offered, such as the pool, workout room, and free laundry. The hotel even had a store where I could purchase food and borrow games and cooking supplies. for the price, you can't go wrong with Candlewood Suites.

Great amenities and comfortable beds. the hotel had a well-stocked kitchen and a nice table/desk area. the exercise room was well-equipped with six pieces of equipment, weights, and individual TV's with headphones. the free laundry area was a bonus.

The room keys kept getting deactivated, which was inconvenient. Also, the door to the bathroom did not close properly, indicating a lack of maintenance.

The Candlewood Suites-West Springfield had amazing rooms, a fun pool and hot tub, helpful staff, and a reasonably priced store. The rental options and free movie selection were also great for a group of friends and trekkers.

Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were enjoyable. The location was convenient, especially during a cold winter night, as it provided easy access to Six Flags New England.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, especially if you're visiting The Big E. It was easy to find as it's right off i-91. The bed was comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was a bonus. We loved being able to travel with our show dog and having the convenience of a kitchen. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We also appreciated the private parking lot, which was monitored at night. The hotel is close to everything, including grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. There was coffee available 24 hours a day, and even though the breakfast was small, there was a 24-hour convenience store within the hotel.

I stayed at Candlewood multiple times and this time was exceptional. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, allowing us to relax and unwind. The fact that we had the pool all to ourselves made it even better!
