During my Christmas stay, I really liked the clean and comfortable rooms. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it easily accessible to the main attractions and shopping areas in the city.

There were a few aspects that I didn't appreciate. the food from room service was disappointing, with the taste being far from satisfactory.

The price for amenities, services, and the room itself was perfect for our family on a budget. I appreciate the assistance of Christina and Amy when the business center wasn't working, they helped me with printing and even delivered it to my room. The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent, and it was a treat to have them delivered hot and fresh to our room. The hotel also had a nice, private concierge lounge, which added to our enjoyable experience. Delta Hotels provided a pleasant stay for us at an affordable price.
