They also have fun options like bikes and board games for families. Don’t forget, parking is $25 for valet or $22 for self-parking!

From the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted us with warmth. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the hydration station. what a thoughtful touch! The location was perfect for exploring Frisco.

The bathroom could use a night-light. it was a bit tricky navigating in the dark. Also, I found the breakfast a tad pricey for the variety offered. A little more balance would be great.

Upon arrival, we found ourselves with a room featuring two full beds instead of the king we booked, with no fridge or microwave to be found. The AC struggled to keep up during a hot day, and navigating the parking garage wasn't convenient, especially considering the $25 valet fee. The lobby had a peculiar smell, and it took quite a while to get any requested items like an ice bucket. Overall, while the amenities had potential, the execution left much to be desired.

Had a chance to unwind in a spacious room, really clean and felt modern. Enjoyed watching the big TV during our stay, it made for a cozy evening. I even used the hydration station which was a thoughtful touch, found it essential after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable considering the amenities offered.

I stayed in the King Room and it was super spacious with a lot of storage for our bags. Room was really clean and comfortable, which is always a plus. The only issue was that there was some hallway noise one night, but it was quiet for the most part. The decor felt fresh and inviting too!

the hotel decor is modern urban, really trendy and appealing. the cold breakfast was dissapointing, not worth the high cost.

the parking fee was a bit surprising (but it’s common these days). the room was extremely clean and the shower was excellent! also, kids loved the board games available to play! staff was super helpful, going out of their way for us!

The property is beautifully surrounded by green spaces and is close to various attractions like the mall and entertainment centers. Staff were friendly and attentive, and I enjoyed the amenities like the bar area and happy hour.

The parking fee was a bit steep, and the A/C took a while to cool the room adequately. It would help if they addressed these minor issues.
