We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, which was right on the river. The staff were attentive and the room service was great. We also appreciated how clean and well-kept the property was.

The view from the riverwalk room was amazing! The walk-in shower was a nice touch and the staff were friendly. Despite having no room service or pool, the hotel offered a great experience and I would recommend it to others.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable being located directly on the Riverwalk. From the hotel, guests can easily walk to attractions such as La Panaderia Bakery Cafe and the San Fernando Cathedral. The modern and beautiful bathrooms are definitely a highlight of the rooms.

The hotel does not offer room service, which can be an inconvenience for travelers who prefer dining in their rooms.

The free rose and friendly front desk and bar staff were great. Plus, the hotel's location on the riverwalk was perfect for exploring the city. Additionally, we received complimentary amenities that added to our stay.

The room cleanliness could have been better. The sheets were not changed and the sink was dirty. Moreover, the view upgrade we paid for was not worth it, as the view was underwhelming. Furthermore, there was a construction site nearby, causing unwanted noise during our stay.
