The room was just perfect for me! The cozy bed and Nespresso machine made mornings feel so relaxed and the balcony was a lovely touch. I also loved the free WiFi for staying connected.

I personally found the cable TV options a bit limited. But others might still enjoy it!

Stylish rooms with spacious bathrooms, beautiful river views, and an amazing mix of Texan and Mexican culture. Super diligent staff and convenient text communication. Delicious food at the onsite restaurant.

The hotel is ideally located on the Riverwalk, making it easy to explore all the attractions in beautiful downtown San Antonio. The room is comfortable and quiet, and the bathroom is amazing with an exceptional shower. The staff is friendly and professional, and the valet service, although pricey, is among the best we've used. The hotel also has a restaurant with exceptional food and atmosphere.

There were a few cleanliness issues with some items left behind by housekeeping.

The view from the riverwalk room was amazing! The walk-in shower was a nice touch and the staff were friendly. Despite having no room service or pool, the hotel offered a great experience and I would recommend it to others.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable being located directly on the Riverwalk. From the hotel, guests can easily walk to attractions such as La Panaderia Bakery Cafe and the San Fernando Cathedral. The modern and beautiful bathrooms are definitely a highlight of the rooms.

The hotel does not offer room service, which can be an inconvenience for travelers who prefer dining in their rooms.

The free rose and friendly front desk and bar staff were great. Plus, the hotel's location on the riverwalk was perfect for exploring the city.

The room cleanliness could have been better. the sheets were not changed and the sink was dirty.
