Great Amenities and Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my stay in the Premium Room, which was clean and very comfortable. The rooftop bar offers stunning views. However, spa usage rules are frustrating—only 2.5 hours a day without flexibility. I'd recommend asking for fresh meals at breakfast for a better experience!

upon entering this so-called premium room, I was welcomed by outdated furniture and a shower door that seemed ready to fall off, how charming, right? also, despite paying extra, that "award-winning" pool felt more like a kiddie pool. I expected fresh flowers or something to make up for it, but guess that was too much to ask.

During my stay, I loved being just a few steps away from the stunning Nativity of Christ Cathedral and the beautiful Latvian National Museum of Art, making my morning walks delightful and easy. the skyline bar on the 26th floor offered a fantastic view over the city, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

woudl ve been nice if I could have actually slept without the loud party below us on the fourth floor, instead of just getting earplugs. also, the reception staff have exactly zero customer service skills—their solution for everything was just to give us free drinks, how thoughtful. I just couldn’t bring myself to leave a good review.

We thoroughly enjoy the spacious rooms, which are great for our family. The breakfast buffet offers fresh omelets made to order, and the rooftop bar provides stunning views, perfect for winding down after a busy day. There's also a fun play area for kids nearby, which kept our three children entertained.

The sofa bed for the kids was quite uncomfortable.

The rooms were tidy and comfortable, though somewhat small for couples. our twin beds felt cramped. The view from the Sky Bar was exceptional, perfect for enjoying the sunset. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the restaurant was often crowded, causing delays. The staff was generally polite and helpful.

We enjoyed the fantastic location near the old town and the breathtaking skyline view from the bar. They also had a fun play area for the kids right across the street, which kept our three children entertained.

the view from my room was spectacular! plenty of tasty breakfast options to start the day off right! the spa area was a delightful addition after long walks around the city.

The breakfast buffet was top notch! ! I loved the omelette station where a guy cooked fresh omelettes to order, it was like 'cooking class' in the morning! Also, the view from the Skyline bar at 26th floor is breathtaking, perfect for a late-night drink with friends after a long day.

I was upgraded to a larger room with a great view which was unexpected and made the stay feel special. The staff were very helpful, always ready to lend a hand and made my business meetings easy to conduct in the lobby bar since it was a comfortable spot.

Spacious room, friendly staff, and conveniently located just 1 km from the central area made my stay enjoyable, especially with the delightful breakfast options catering to gluten intolerance and the nice city view from my window.
