This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, free parking, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I remember how the staff helped me with directions during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will come back for Christmas!

Good location for exploring Hyannis and nearby attractions.

I stayed for four nights, and the experience was less than stellar. The decor of the room was dated, which made it feel less comfortable, and I noticed a lack of electrical outlets, especially on one side of the bed, making it inconvenient to charge my devices. Additionally, the bathroom storage was minimal, and I found the cleaning products used were quite overly fragrant, which was off-putting.

Hyannis vibes 🌊

Location's the real winner, ja! Easy walk to bars and the ferry. The owners are super friendly, made us feel at home. Room felt clean and comfy, with good A/C. Breakfast goodies were a nice touch, too!

Just a bummer that the pool was closed, would’ve been nice to chill there after a long day!

Location was fab, and the bed? Simply divine! Rooms felt clean, though a bit tired with some character—like my grandma’s old couch.

But goodness, who needs a smart TV when you can just enjoy the joy of ceiling stains? And charging my phone? Let's just say one outlet was more elusive than a unicorn!
