I always return for my stay at this great place. Friendly staff helped with local taxi number first time. It has Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, Bar, Fitness center. Perfect for me. I'm excited to come back for Christmas.

We came for the WaterFire event and stayed at Aloft. the retro vibe and comfortable king bed were highlights. the outdoor sitting area with hammocks and corn hole was a fun touch. the rooftop restaurant provided a great view, and the location near restaurants and bars was convenient. Parking at the recommended garage for $20 was a bonus. the friendly staff and clean, modern room made our stay enjoyable.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. the outside seating was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were kept very clean. the location was perfect for exploring the city's many attractions.

The valet service was quite slow and we had to wait for around 15-20 minutes to get our car a couple of times. We had requested a specific room type and were told we'd have to wait to see if it was available, which we were not able to do.
