the furniture was filthy and uncomfortable. the stairs felt shaky and had water draining down while you walked up.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing, right on the beach. The room was spacious and the bathroom was extra large. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the rocking chairs, watching the sunrise every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all of my requests were taken care of quickly. The hotel had great amenities like a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ facilities. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, with everything I needed for a relaxing beach getaway.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. It had an unbeatable beachfront location and the staff provided excellent service.

We loved staying here! The oceanfront location right in front of our room was amazing. We could literally roll out of bed and get right on the beach. The staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any of our requests. The pool and hot tub were great, especially for our little one during high tide, and everything was kept really clean. The sound of the waves at night was so soothing and made falling asleep a dream.

Waking up and seeing the ocean just in front of your room was amazing. The location provided an excellent view of the beautiful ocean and a private beach. It was great to have the option of walking right onto the beach from the hotel. The hotel also provided some comfortable chairs right on the beach to take in the view.

The room quality was not up to the mark, and the bathroom was not clean, with a strange odor.

The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed, including a well-stocked kitchen. The motel is conveniently located close to the beach, offering beautiful views from all the rooms. Despite some minor parking challenges due to the recent hurricane, the hotel handled the situation well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider booking again, perhaps through a different booking platform.

I had a wonderful stay at a motel in Buxton. The main room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with impressive amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pod machine, and toaster. The beach was just steps away from my room, offering a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. The motel also had a great pool and a strong WiFi connection. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, keeping the room clean and sand-free. I had a pleasant and relaxing getaway.

One drawback was the inconvenience of parking across the street from the room. It was a bit dangerous, especially when crossing the busy road at night.

This hotel is a gem! Perfect location, just steps from the beach with amazing ocean views. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a kitchen to make meals. Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great value for money, we'll definitely come back!

Great place for a family reunion! the innkeeper really went above and beyond to make our stay special. We had a wedding anniversary celebration and a birthday celebration, both organized with the innkeeper's help. the rooms were cozy and clean and the outdoor deck was a wonderful place to hang out. We also appreciated having bikes and other island necessities available upon request.

The weather wasn't great during our stay due to a passing hurricane which made parking a bit difficult due to sand from the beaches. However, the hotel itself was not affected and still provided a great stay.
