Beautiful grounds, beautiful corner king suite with stunning glass walls, allowing for breathtaking views of the fireworks at night, as well as an exceptional breakfast selection that started my day off right, all conveniently located just 35 km from Orlando International Airport.

Nothing I didn't like.

We absolutely loved our recent stay. The hotel is perfect for families with its amazing kid’s conservatory, making it a fun and safe place for our children to play. The buffet breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh, delicious options that fueled our days at the parks. Plus, the family suite we were upgraded to was incredibly spacious and comfortable for my wife, kids, and me.

The shuttle service's limited evening availability can be inconvenient for families.

Room service was spot on—Eddie had my brekkie hot and tasty. That rooftop spot for the fireworks was a serious vibe! Kids loved the splash pad, and we felt right at home with the chill staff—super friendly and helpful!

Only downside was the parking views from some rooms. Literally staring at cars and a roof, lol. But we made the most of it!

I had several issues during my stay at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek. the breakfast confusion was frustrating. I encountered sticky floors and a dirty restroom—totally not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Given the exorbitant price, I was extremely disappointed with the overall cleanliness and service quality.

We had a fantastic time at this resort with friends. The rooftop terrace was perfect for watching the Disney fireworks every night, and we loved chilling by the resort pool with the splash pad. Don’t miss the Spa by JW® for some well-deserved pampering.

One downside was the limited evening shuttle service, which made getting back from the parks a bit tricky for us. We had to plan our trips carefully to avoid long wait times.

The resort pool with a splash pad kept my kids entertained for hours, and we absolutely enjoyed the nightly views of Disney fireworks from the rooftop terrace. The Family by JW™ program had great activities that made everyone feel included.

We were greeted like old friends by the wonderful Luis at check-in, who handed us the keys to our breathtaking two-bedroom suite. The wraparound balcony gave us views that would make a sunset blush. Room service? Eddie had our meals delivered hot and delectable—my salmon was a high point! If the selection of sushi at Ilume didn’t make you feel like you were dining in Tokyo, the impeccable service from Terra at the spa and Adam by the pool surely would. I felt more pampered than a cat in the lap of its owner. And considering the shuttle service made park visits a breeze, I assure you, this is the hotel where dreams—and maybe a few mimosas—come true!
