I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel from the decor, to the location even down to the restaurant/bar inside the hotel. It smelled amazing throughout the hotel! ! Located just a short walk to all the action on Beale Street next time I’m in Memphis I’m definitely staying again! 20 out of 10! Close to Beale Street, amazing views of the Mississippi River and TN-AR bridge, and convenient valet service. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation. Nearby attractions like the Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum and the Peabody Ducks added to the family bonding experience.

The hotel was just amazing, loved the bed & staff, like heaven! the lounge and bar was buzzing, great late-night eats! Stylish decor, very clean. the bathroom, oh my, the shower was out of this world! Appreciated the outdoor pool and sun terrace, perfect for chilling. Minor bummer, weird bathroom setup with a sliding door that doesn't lock. a sweet stay! 🌟

Hyatt boasts intriguing Urban Artsy decor, offering a clean and comfortable stay. the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Situated conveniently near the Orpheum, the modern hotel features a fantastic breakfast and comfortable beds, along with an impressive shower experience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to easily explore downtown Memphis on foot. the room I stayed in was well-appointed and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of work.

Room wasn't ready until 6:30.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the cleanliness was exceptional, and the modern facilities exceeded our expectations. the location was superb, very close to Beale Street and the river. the staff was supportive and made our experience even better.

As a solo traveler, I loved the comfortable bed, cute room decor, and close proximity to Beale Street. the retro plumbing fittings and good-sized rooms were a nice touch.

The rooms were fantastic! So clean and modern!! Loved the 2 shower heads in the shower. The lobby area was great for enjoying a drink and relaxing. The location was perfect, close to many attractions.

The check-in process was confusing and not user-friendly, especially for older guests. The walk from the hotel to the nearby restaurants on Beale Street felt unsafe, especially late at night.
