best western braintree inn in braintree exceeded my expectations during this celebrations. the staff was sweet and enthusiastic, the pillows were amazing, and the hotel was clean and well-lit.

The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. the breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers. we had a great experience during our stay.

There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, which made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably.

I had a wonderful reception upon arrival at this hotel. The front desk staff, who I believe might have been the manager and his wife, were incredibly kind and caring. They provided great advice on places to visit during my stay. The location of the hotel was also excellent, making it easy to get to all of the attractions in the area. While the drive to the outlet mall was a bit long, I found the central location of the hotel to be very convenient. I'm looking forward to taking full day tours in Boston!

Although the hotel is located close to Boston Medical Center, it took us about 45 minutes to drive there, even though it was only 10 miles away. This was a bit frustrating and added unnecessary travel time to our trip.

As a budget traveler, I loved the affordable rates and the convenience of the nearby Braintree "T" terminal. The easy 3-mile drive and reasonably-priced parking garage made it a breeze to get downtown on the subway. The included breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Having a microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffeemaker in the room was a nice touch and would have been even handier for an extended stay. The recent renovation was a pleasant surprise, and the proximity to I93 and the mall in Braintree was a bonus.
