The Carmel Country Inn provided a comfortable and spacious room for my family of 5, including a well-appointed bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the property had a charming and cozy atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the fireplace in our room and the spa bath. Breakfast and all-day treats were delicious and greatly appreciated. The inn also had thoughtful touches for pets, such as strollers and a weekly picture contest. it was a delightful stay with great amenities.

The only negative experience was the rude behavior of the inn's owner, a middle-aged man who made disturbing comments to his staff. While the staff seemed accustomed to his communication style, I found it off-putting and inappropriate.
