We had an amazing weekend at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. The check-in process was quick and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even went out of their way to ask if there was anything special we needed for our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We were also impressed with the option to receive the invoice by email, which made our checkout process much smoother. Little details like this really made a difference. we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Nobu Hotel in London for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially the concierge team who helped us with various arrangements. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with a walk-in shower and a comfortable bed. The Japanese-inspired interior design throughout the hotel was a personal highlight for me. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Located in a great area, close to North Oxford St, the business center and food areas. Despite being in the centre of town, it is situated in a nice, quiet area. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is plentiful, and the restaurant has delicious meals.

Some parts of the hotel need attention, such as the bathrooms, which can be dimly lit and outdated, and some rooms may have worn sheets and towels.

the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. the reception team, led by Sadiya, was efficient and the restaurant supervisors, specifically Hajni, Christina. I was pleasantly surprised by the option of room service for women by women, especially for late-night meals. the staff, including Sarah, Adam, the girls at the reception, and the lounge waiters. the gym and pilates studio had friendly staff, and the provided room amenities were great, including a lovely robe and quality toiletries. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

I recently stayed at the Blu in central London for a few nights. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast options were fantastic. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel staff were amazing and offered me complimentary wine and chocolates on my birthday. the location was perfect, with easy access to many events and attractions in the city. I also liked that the rooms were clean and spacious with the added bonus of being able to open the windows.

The soundproofing was not great as I could hear conversations from the room next door clearly. the fire alarm malfunctioned one night which was not only annoying but also awakened me every 2 hours.

Comfortable beds, great location near shopping and subway, helpful and welcoming staff, and impressive breakfast buffet with delicious pastries and Canton tea. Walk-in shower and beautiful room design with Japanese-inspired interiors and balcony.

As avid bike riders, we were thrilled to discover the on-site bike rental service, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The staff also provided helpful tips on the best cycling routes nearby.

This hotel provided an exceptional luxurious experience. the room was beautifully designed with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the Spa & Wellness Center was an added bonus, providing 5, star massage and sauna services. In, room breakfast was a delight, and the buffet breakfast had a wide range of special diet menus to suit our needs. the bar/lounge area was sophisticated with an extensive snack bar, and the restaurant served exquisite modern British cuisine.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of foot massage options in the Spa Center. the full body, back and head massage services more than made up for this small issue.
