the King bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet. I appreciated the separate cabins, which provided privacy, and the outdoor seating in the well-maintained grounds. the location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful, giving us a nice map of the town upon arrival. it was a pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming inn. The staff members were friendly and check-in was a breeze. Convenient parking right in front of our cottage was a plus. The inside of our cottage was clean and smelled amazing. The spacious layout, including two queen beds, a fold-out couch, two TVs, a mini fridge. The location was great, with easy access to downtown Carmel, the beach, and US Highway 1. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to return!

We had a comfortable and spacious room in a rustic cottage with a recently remodeled bathroom. the amenities in the room, such as the coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave, were convenient. the WiFi worked well and was faster than other places we have stayed. the breakfast, although simple, was delivered to our room and was sufficient for our needs.

The lack of customer service after 9:00 PM was disappointing, as we had an issue with the TV that could not be addressed until the next morning. the overall condition of the hotel could use some updating and maintenance, as there were issues with cleanliness and the functionality of certain features.
