Incredible city views from rooftop.

During my stay, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The fridge was malfunctioning, and the heater was noisy, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the surrounding area felt uncomfortable with visible homelessness, although I never felt directly threatened.

The hotel had a clean and well-maintained room, although it was quite small and lacked adequate furniture. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but the breakfast area felt overcrowded during peak times. The location near public transport and shopping is a plus, but be mindful of the surroundings, especially at night. Great for short stays or those attending conventions.

So we had a super chill time here, loved the brekkie with loads of choices, and the rooftop was a total winner with those killer views—sipping coffee up there, ja, no! The location was perfect for us, just a stroll to some cool theatres.

But, the area did feel a bit iffy when the sun went down, like a bit dodgy round the entrance with some vagrants hanging out.

While the hotel is conveniently located near shops and eateries, the room's size felt restrictive, and the rooftop's early opening made for delightful sunrise views. However, the ambient street noise kept us alert during the night.

Just a well-suited match for a quick weekend visit in San Francisco with good price value. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was large with a spacious walk-in shower. Make sure to have your Uber driver drop you off at the front, as navigation might lead them to the less desirable back entrance.

Had a rough sleep with noise outside and the room was tiny, but the staff were super friendly and breakfast was decent. Chur for that!

The brekkie was just lekker, defs the best I’ve had at a place like this! Chommies at reception were super helpful, gave me a list of local spots, making it easy to find food. The area around felt secure with staff monitoring the entrance—it made a big difference.

Rooms can feel quite cramped, had to skinner about it with mates during the stay. A little extra space would’ve made a big difference, but it was still a good time!
