Great location and friendly staff

Awesome spot near Union Square, just a short walk to all the shops. The room was clean and nice, plus the staff were super helpful, even helped us with a late check-out. Breakfast was decent, though kinda basic with no cheese or ham. Just beware of the parking fees, they’re pretty steep at $65.

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs as business travelers. We were able to walk everywhere, including shopping areas, trams, and accessing SOMA. it was very close to a big bus tour stop, which was convenient for us as tourists wanting to explore the city. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options.

Finding parking was nearly impossible, and the valet parking service was expensive.

The valet service was efficient, bringing our car promptly whenever we needed it. The rooftop access was a nice bonus, offering stunning views of the city. The included breakfast, although lacking gluten-free options, was a convenient way to start our day. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hampton Inn.

As young families, we loved the great location within walking distance to Union Square, the cable car, and the pier. The 24-hour coffee/tea facilities in our small room were very handy, especially after coming back from cold evenings out. The included breakfast had standard options like toast, cereal, and yogurt, which was a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the nearby Blue Bottle Cafe for a quick caffeine fix.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in downtown San Francisco. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions such as Union Square and the convention center. Despite being in a slightly sketchy area, I felt safe and the hotel had good security measures. The staff were fantastic, allowing me to check in early and check out late. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel had a great location, being close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of Union Square and the cable car. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a fabulous coffee shop called Blue Bottle Cafe next door. The room was small but had all the necessary facilities, including 24-hour coffee/tea and comfortable beds. The breakfast, which was included in the price, had a good selection of toast, cereal, and yogurt.

Excellent customer service at front desk and breakfast room. Corner room on higher floor was quiet and comfortable. Almond milk and friendly staff made breakfast enjoyable. Modern and clean place, housekeeping met all requests with a smile.

This hotel offers great value for money. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are just what you need, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Plus, the breakfast served at 6.00am is included and has many options with nice views from the enclosed air well.
