Onsite parking and helpful staff make it a great base for exploring the Smoky Mountains, although the surroundings could use some maintenance.

The location is killer, close to the strip and tons of food options but still nice and quiet by the creek. Our room was always tidy and comfy, perfect for our chill weekends away. The outdoor pool was great, but the room could have used more sound insulation, the thin walls made it tough to sleep sometimes 🍃.

Great location near Parkway, but without loud noise. Trolley stop out front. Playground, picnic area, and pool were available. Good wifi connection. Enjoyed the peaceful Roaring Fork river right out front.
