I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Misty at the front desk who went above and beyond to accommodate my mistake of booking the wrong room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the shower had the best water pressure I've ever experienced. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything in the city, including convenient stores and a 24-hour cafe. The staff at the cafe, Katie's Kitchen, provided excellent customer service and the food, particularly the biscuits and gravy and French toast, was delicious. The hotel also had a clean and well-maintained pool, although I didn't get a chance to swim. Parking was free and abundant, making it easy to come and go from the hotel. the customer service, cleanliness, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Carson Valley Inn for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the town and it was only a short drive away from Lake Tahoe. The hotel itself was in great condition, considering its age, and the recent upgrades were noticeable. The rooms were spacious, the beds were large and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hotel restaurant, Katherine's Bakery, was amazing, with friendly staff and delicious food at affordable prices. The swimming pool and whirlpools offered great views and were a nice addition to the amenities.

We recently had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay very much! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and lots of pillows. We loved that the windows opened to let in fresh air and enjoy the beautiful views outside. The hotel had a nice look overall and the bathroom was spacious and well-designed. We also appreciated the wide hallways, which gave a nice sense of space.

There were a few things that could have been better. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

Here, I was glad to see that they offered a nice selection of on-site amenities, such as a coffee shop, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool. Additionally, the room was very clean and offered several convenient features like a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. I also appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff was, with quick response times to any requests during my stay.

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location and the surprisingly quiet atmosphere at the Inn. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. The bathroom is spacious and separated from the main room for privacy. The views outside are beautiful and the hallways are nice and wide. The country kitchen was a pleasant surprise with good food and fast service. I had a great experience and I will definitely stay here again.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location of this hotel is superb, with plenty of stores and restaurants around. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially in fulfilling our non-smoking room request. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a pool facility and restaurants available in the main building. It was really convenient to have everything we needed right at our fingertips.

One of the downsides of our stay was that we couldn't get reservations for the steakhouse until 9:30 PM, despite trying to book as soon as we arrived at 4:00 PM. It was a bit disappointing as it was the main reason we chose to stay here. Additionally, the room could have been more comfortable, with one of the beds sinking in and the shower head spraying water all over the place.
