The views from SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Gatlinburg were absolutely fantastic. Waking up to the sight of the West Prong Little Pigeon River from my shared balcony was truly mesmerizing. I had a memorable interaction with the friendly staff who were always ready to assist with a warm smile. The thoughtful provision of a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room added a nice touch to the overall comfort of the stay.

The tub had scum and the sink drained slowly, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.

The indoor and outdoor pools added to our relaxation, and the nearby attractions like the Gatlinburg Space Needle and Hollywood Star Cars Museum provided fun family bonding experiences during our stay.

I missed having a reliable and speedy Wi-Fi connection, which would have been essential for my work requirements.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. I loved that there were two TVs in the room and the view of the river from the window was nice. The hotel's location was perfect, with a trolley stop nearby and the downtown central area within walking distance. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the local shops and restaurants on the parkway.

I recently stayed at Surestay Plus Hotel in Gatlinburg for a weekend getaway with my family. The hotel was located at the end of the strip, which was perfect because it was close to everything but far enough away to avoid the noise. The rooms were clean, well-stocked, and had a beautiful river view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a good variety that my kids loved. Plus, the fact that we were able to bring our pet was a huge bonus.

We loved the central location of this place, right near downtown. It made exploring the city so convenient for us. The staff were very friendly and probably the nicest housekeepers we've ever encountered. The room amenities were great with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a microwave and refrigerator. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a huge bonus. we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel.

Although the property is a bit older, it didn't affect our enjoyment of the stay. The only downside was the shared balcony, as it was a bit noisy with kids running around.

We enjoyed our stay at a hotel close to the ski lifts, making it convenient for our family to hit the slopes. The location was perfect for skiing and exploring the area's mountain activities.

My wife says that the hotel should consider providing a shuttle service to the ski lifts for families with children.
