The room offered a lovely balcony overlooking the river, perfect for relaxing moments. The beds were comfortable, and the TV was of good quality. The shower had a great water pressure, adding to the comfort. noise was a concern; the elevator was right outside, which made for a disruptive experience. The bathroom felt cramped. While the outdoor pool was clean and refreshing, it didn't accommodate many guests at once. Unfortunately, there were issues with cleanliness during check-in, though the location was ideal, just a short walk from attractions. Breakfast had decent options, but could have been better.

Great spot! Clean rooms with nice amenities like a microwave, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The balcony view of the river is amazing. The pool area was spotless. Free parking and easy walking distance to the strip. Staff was super nice. Trolley stop nearby too. Just a comfy place for families.

I loved that we were just a block away from the entrance to Smoky Mountain National Park and only a few minutes' walk from downtown Gatlinburg, making it so easy to visit nearby attractions like the Amazing Mirror Maze and Ripley’s Haunted Adventure; our spacious room also had a lovely balcony overlooking the peaceful river, which was so relaxing, and the outdoor pool was clean and refreshing too, providing a great atmosphere for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates to the rooms, as some areas felt a bit dated.

Outside, the hotel looks questionable, but the inside is a different story. Room 203 was spacious, clean, and came with a river view balcony. The heater kept the chill at bay as temperatures dropped to 39°F. Breakfast was solid, offering eggs, sausage, and yogurt. Staff were friendly and efficient. some areas could use attention—like housekeeping, as I found debris and trash near the dumpsters. The beds were a bit too firm for comfort. Still, the charm of the location and the great service will likely bring me back.

Improvements in customer service and maintenance are crucial for future visits. There’s potential here, but they need to step up their game.

Honestly, the room felt gross and unsafe—no security lock on the door, just holes where it should've been. The tight parking didn’t help, and my daughter had a panic attack. We couldn’t wait to check out.
