The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to downtown and all its attractions. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. the convenience of having everything within reach was a major plus for our romantic escape. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. We appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist us throughout our visit.

We encountered a few issues during our stay that were disappointing. we were disappointed to find that the facilities mentioned online were not available.

The fitness center and the indoor pool were perfect for relaxation.

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to downtown St. Charles. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and the grab and go selection was impressive. The staff was friendly and quickly fixed a key issue we had. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and the $50 fee was refunded upon checkout. a great place to stay.

Absolutely nothing.

We spent a wonderful few days exploring the historical district of St. Charles and chose Country Inn for our stay. The hotel's spotless rooms and comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. Our grandchildren had a blast in the indoor pool, and the hotel's close proximity to the KATY Trail made it ideal for our biking adventures. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hot breakfast each morning was a delicious start to our day. We will definitely be returning!

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and comfortable bed. The covered parking was convenient and we appreciated the shuttle service to downtown. The breakfast had plenty of delicious options. we had a great stay.

This hotel is situated in a great location, near a fantastic BBQ restaurant and within walking distance of historic buildings, shops, and a lovely river park. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, and the attentive staff are always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, and the bedding is comfortable.

The pool area needs some improvement in terms of upkeep.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn in St. Charles for a weekend getaway. The staff was amazing, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with charming cobblestone streets and shops within walking distance. I especially loved the proximity to the Katy Trail, as it allowed me to enjoy a beautiful morning run. The breakfast bar was fantastic, offering a delicious hot breakfast and the bonus of fruit or cookies throughout the day. a very enjoyable experience.
