I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect and allowed me to easily explore all the areas I had planned to see. It was so convenient being near the main attractions of the city. Additionally, the service provided was exceptional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even offered room service and dry cleaning services, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch as well, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a fitness center and sauna, which were great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great location! the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city. Additionally, the hotel offered breakfast vouchers, which was a great value and a delicious way to start the day.

Housekeeping services were disappointing. Our room was only cleaned once during our three-night stay, and when we requested housekeeping, they only provided fresh towels and did not clean the room thoroughly.

Great value for money and perfect location in the heart of the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms were excellent. I loved the attention to detail with the decor and tech, including USB ports for charging and a steamer iron. The breakfast included in the stay was also a plus.

The Symmetry Room at Hotel EMC2 is just amazing! The outdoor terrace attached to the room offers the perfect setting for a private event, and the cozy WetLab is a true oasis for relaxation. The plush bedding and Serta cooling make it so comfy; I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

I found the 49-inch flat-screen TV a bit small for the room, but that's just me!

The robots Cleo and Leo were cool and helpful. The manager and staff were professional and attentive. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Stayed at Autograph Collection for three nights for a leisure trip. Loved the modern science theme, especially the cool robots Leo and Cleo who brought extra towels. Impressive digital technology throughout. The manager was professional and addressed our minor issues with kindness. Aubrey was charming and made us feel appreciated. Nia was polite and a great host. Most comfortable beds and pillows ever. Clean and modern hotel with great location and friendly door staff. Good breakfasts and interesting decor. Truly a great stay!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the fast elevator and robot service were fun bonuses. The hotel's theme and décor were enjoyable, and the food at The Albert was exceptional.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a great spot for exploring the area. It is close to everything and just off of Michigan Avenue on a quiet street yet very accessible. The double rooms are quite large and nicely furnished. The bathroom is modern and the amenities smell great. The Keurig and free water in the room are nice touches.

The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was somewhat disappointing, with slow service and mediocre food quality.
