The cozy king room had lovely furnishings, a great view of the sunset, and a clean environment.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.

When you walk in, it feels like home! Tayler at reception was so welcoming, gave us points and a lekker snack bag. Plus, the view from the second-floor room was out of this world! Soup and cookies in the evening? Yes, please!

Breakfast was impressive with a variety of hot and cold options. The ice machine was loud at night, which was a bit annoying.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we needed a room late at night due to our car troubles. The only downside was that the doors to the outside didn't lock, which was a bit concerning.

Limited pool access due to the reservation system is frustrating!!! The hot tub's dysfunctional jets need urgent attention!!! Outdated decor in the rooms feels neglected!!! Noise from other guests disrupts relaxation!!! Management could improve towel quality!!!

the location is convenient, right off the highway. the staff was welcoming and helpful with restaurant suggestions. breakfast was impressive with a variety of hot and cold options. the room was clean and well-designed for relaxation.

During my recent visit to Pendleton for the Pendleton Round-Up, I stayed at a hotel that surprised me with its cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which included yummy biscuits and gravy along with make-your-own waffles. The friendly staff, especially Colin during check-in, made everything easier and enjoyable.

Limited pool access should be addressed — the reservation system is a nuisance!!! Room decor feels outdated and is in dire need of an update!!! Some rooms have maintenance issues that create discomfort, leading to dissatisfaction during stays!!!

The room was tidy and comfortable, but the carpet was a bit worn out for my liking. Chur for the friendly staff and the solid breakfast options!

The double rooms were immaculate and surprisingly quiet perfect for winding down after a long day. The breakfast spread had plenty of options and the staff kept everything running smoothly ensuring no one went hungry.

The room was notably clean and the atmosphere quiet, making it a pleasant retreat. Breakfast featured a variety of fresh items and healthy options, enhancing the morning experience. One minor hiccup was communication regarding our pets. despite informing staff beforehand, there seemed to be a mix-up upon arrival. However, the staff's accommodating nature, especially Eva, made the situation much easier to handle.

Had a nice time here! The room was spacious and really clean, with a microwave and coffee maker which were super handy. Loved the breakfast options, especially the make-your-own waffles. Just wish the ice machine wasn't so loud at night, but that didn't ruin my stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
