The location is ideal, right in the center of Saint Augustine, with convenient parking. The front desk staff was great, and the valet service was fantastic.

I recently stayed at Casa Monica, Autograph Collection in St. Augustine for a few nights. The hotel staff was so friendly, and some of them even spoke Spanish, which was a great bonus. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The historic beauty of the hotel was enchanting, and everything was impeccably clean. I highly recommend this unique hotel to everyone. Plus, having parking facilities made it convenient to have our car accessible whenever we needed. Casa Monica will always be my go-to hotel in the future.

This place is an excellent option! I liked how it's located in the center of everything, and I was able to enjoy the beach and many services such as dry cleaning and room service within walking distance. I also enjoyed the excellent service of the staff, who welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon my arrival. The room amenities were impressive, including a room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The rooftop pool and outdoor swimming pool provided perfect sun loungers, surrounded by beautiful garden furniture. I had fantastic leisure treatments from the spa lounge and relaxing music in the room - it was incredible!

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of a beautiful downtown area, with many activities and attractions within walking distance. The rooms were clean and came with complimentary champagne and breakfast with an ample amount of food. Also, the gym was available for guests with a great $12 beach club pass included in the stay.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special during our stay. They even provided us with a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions and shops in the area. Lastly, we really enjoyed the live music in the evenings at the hotel bar. It created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

Despite the excellent service and location, there were a few aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the rooms were not as impressive as we had hoped.

Our room had a beautiful view of the historic square, and we enjoyed exploring the marina, historical sites, and museums nearby. The hotel bar and sitting areas were inviting and cozy, with a vibrant atmosphere. it was a perfect stay and we will definitely be returning.
