This hotel is great value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the location. We were able to walk around and explore the interesting area of this hotel. It is also in a safe area, perfect for any events happening in town. The staff were pleasant and the basic amenities in the rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast in our room was very good, large enough for my daughter and I to share.

As first-time visitors to the city, our stay at Crowne Plaza was perfect! The hotel's location was ideal, with amazing views and easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and a casino. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and speedy valet service. We felt safe and welcomed throughout our stay, and even the gym was great for our nephews. a wonderful experience.

The comfortable bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a comfortable seating area for working, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complementary shuttle service was a pleasant surprise, with friendly drivers who made me feel welcome. the best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, convenient location, excellent transportation options, and friendly staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcomed and attended to all of my needs. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for my city trip. It was right downtown, making it convenient to explore the city and visit local attractions. the valet parking service was a great bonus, as parking can be tricky in this area. the room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy environment for relaxation.

One aspect that I didn't enjoy about my stay was the outdated condition of the rooms. the chipped paint and dated tiles were a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Playhouse Square for a weekend getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The location was ideal, with fantastic restaurants nearby. I loved how quickly our car was brought to us when we called for it, and the housecleaning staff was friendly and efficient. The room had fresh sheets and the curtains were perfect for creating a dark, cool environment for a restful sleep.
