I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the lovely decor throughout. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and a balcony, adding an extra touch of relaxation. Plus, the hotel's location in the center of old Monterey was perfect, with several restaurants within walking distance.

The room I stayed in was a little loud, as it was right outside the stairs to the second floor, and the windows faced a walkway, so I couldn't have the shutters open for natural light.
