Our family vacation at the stunning penthouse was fantastic! the ocean view was unparalleled, and the condo was spacious and immaculate. the provided beach gear made our trips convenient, and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable at 424 steps. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the king-size bed, two sleeper sofas, and large walk-in shower provided ample comfort. Our host, Mona, was attentive and kind, enhancing our experience.

The room was spacious and clean with beach essentials provided for convenience. the location was decent, around 3 miles from South Beach, offering a quieter atmosphere. Communication with the owner was helpful and responsive.

Check, in process was long and confusing, making it feel more like a hostel check, in than a resort. the building appeared old and outdated, with musky smells and low, mid priced rooms.

The penthouse exceeded my expectations, with elegant decor and stunning ocean views. the washer/dryer came in handy for our beach trips. Mona, the host, was attentive and kind. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel. In my experience, the valet wait times were inconsistent, ranging from 2 to 40 minutes, causing us to almost miss an excursion.
