The location of this hotel was absolutely stunning, with incredible views of the water and beautiful sunsets. Additionally, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.

One of the main drawbacks of this hotel was that the room we booked was not what we expected. We were misled and ended up in older rooms that were not in the desired location on the property.

I recently stayed at a wonderful waterfront retreat in CHI and it was absolutely amazing. The beach house room was cozy but had a private terrace with stunning views of the water. The serenity and peacefulness of the resort made it feel like our own private world. The views from the main house were beyond beautiful, especially while enjoying a meal and watching the sailboats go by. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was top-notch.

The only downside was the AC not working properly in our room, making it a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff was quick to address the issue and provided us with a room that had a late checkout, which made up for it.

We loved the charming and upscale facilities. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-furnished. The location at the small beach tucked away in a cove was absolutely stunning. The staff treated us like royalty and provided superb hospitality.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Castle Hill Inn. The beach cottage we stayed in had direct access to the beautiful beach, and the breakfast service on our private deck was great. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The location was also phenomenal, with a boat ride to town being a highlight of our visit. we had a perfect and memorable experience at Castle Hill Inn. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent my Christmas in Newport and booked a hotel that had a great view of the bay. the hotel was situated on a well-manicured lawn that provided a beautiful landscape to feast my eyes on. On arrival, I was greeted with free cookies which was a nice touch. the complimentary breakfast was also a lovely surprise. Not to mention the great location, close to shopping areas and restaurants.

The hotel was overpriced with an unreliable AC system, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. On the last day, the staff was rude and unwelcoming.

A luxurious stay awaits at this venue, with exclusive amenities that ticked all the boxes. the serene Spa & Wellness Centre was an absolute treat, with a range of massages on offer, including full body, foot, back and head massages. the sun terrace was a highlight, with ample sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant was top-notch, with delicious in-room breakfast and special diet menus. the private facilities were also a delightful touch.

One minor issue was the service. While the staff was polite, some did not seem knowledgeable about the hotel's features.

We loved the Sunday evening wedding, it was formal, fun, and elegant. The food, drinks, and dance floor were all great. The wood-framed tent was spectacular. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly. The location was phenomenal and the boat ride to town was a highlight. We are already planning our next trip and would definitely recommend it. The beach cottages with direct beach access and breakfast service on the private deck were fantastic.
